For funders, ISOs and BPO operations

Your desk disagrees with itself, and it is costing you money.

Put the same file in front of four underwriters and you get four answers. Measuring that spread before and after training is what we are building toward.

Accountability

What we are building toward

Four problems employers bring us. None of the measurement below is available yet.

Ramp time

A new underwriter can take months to be trusted on a file alone. We aim to shorten that with graded practice on synthetic files, and we plan to measure it with you against your own baseline.

Retention

Employers tell us first-year attrition is their most expensive problem. We think competence in the first ninety days is part of the answer, and we will measure it with you.

Decision consistency

What we are building: a shared set of synthetic calibration files your whole desk decides on, so the spread of decisions can be measured before training and again after. It is not available yet.

Training records

Dated, versioned records of who completed what, against which version of the material, and when. Whether those records meet a regulator's or auditor's expectations is for you and your counsel to judge.

Deployment

What runs today, and what does not

We are early, and we would rather you find that out here than in week six of a security review.

Built today

The course and graded-assessment engine is built, and every assessment item is mapped to a named competency. The CMCAP program is not open for enrollment. Sign-in, enrollment and assessment events are written to an append-only audit log: the database refuses edits and deletions. Actor and reason are not yet required on every event. Named individual accounts.

Committed, not yet shipped

SSO (SAML 2.0 and OIDC), SCIM provisioning, the org portal with rosters and seats, content overlay, and self-serve compliance exports. None is implemented. The data model has seams for SSO, SCIM and organization membership; seats, overlay and exports have none yet.

The limit that never moves

An employer can extend the program. An employer cannot edit global content, hide the ethics or regulatory modules, lower a pass standard, or cause a credential to issue to someone who did not meet it. That limit is designed to be enforced in the platform's permission layer, not left to a contract. The org portal and overlay are not built yet.

Book a demo

Thirty minutes. We walk you through the program, the free course and what is built today.

Procurement and IT questions are welcome on the first call. We would rather answer them early than in week six.

Talk to us

We have not built a form yet — a request landing in a queue nobody owns is worse than no form. Until it exists, mail goes straight to the people who built this.
